Information used in the app

The MVP may store a child nickname or local family label, age range, drink categories, estimated servings, optional context tags, plan choices, check-ins, obstacles, reset tasks, conflict self-ratings, and reminder preferences. It does not ask for a child’s full legal name, exact birthday, location, photo, voice, or advertising identifier.

Where information lives

Core family information is stored locally on the parent’s device. The MVP does not provide cloud accounts or multi-caregiver syncing. A parent may intentionally share a previewed family-rule message using the iPhone system share sheet; that message is designed not to include a child’s name or app records.

Your controls

• Export a human-readable family summary after confirming the export.
• Edit or remove drink records and recalculate progress.
• Delete local family data from the app’s parent-only Settings area.
• Change, pause, or turn off reminders at any time.

Children and sensitive actions

Child mode runs on the parent’s device and does not require a child account. Purchases, external links, permission requests, settings, exports, and deletion remain in the parent area.
