Terms of Use
These draft terms describe the intended boundaries of PantryShift. They are included for product and legal review and are not yet effective public terms.
Parent-led use
PantryShift is designed for a parent or adult caregiver using their own iPhone. Child mode is a limited activity surface on that device; it is not a child account, social service, or independent purchase experience.
Educational, not medical
PantryShift provides educational and behavioral routine support. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease and does not replace advice from a pediatrician, registered dietitian, feeding specialist, or other qualified professional. Families managing allergies, medical nutrition needs, feeding difficulties, or eating-disorder concerns should seek appropriate professional support.
Your information
The pre-release MVP stores family profiles, drink logs, plans, and progress locally on the parent’s device. Parents are responsible for reviewing information before sharing an exported summary. The Privacy overview explains the intended data practices and controls.
Lifetime purchase
If Pro Lifetime is offered, the App Store purchase screen will show the actual localized price before confirmation. It is intended as a one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks the delivered Lifetime features described in the app. Purchases, restoration, refunds, and Apple Account billing are handled through Apple and remain subject to Apple’s applicable terms and processes.
Responsible use and availability
Do not use the app to shame, punish, deceive, diagnose, or medically direct a child. Features may change as the product is tested, but the app must not remove locally stored family records merely because a paid entitlement changes. No future cloud, collaboration, or maintenance feature is promised unless it is explicitly delivered and described in the purchase screen.
